In the above video, Jim Williams is shown as Archway Academy's Executive Director.  Jim worked at Archway for 5 years, since its inception.  Jim is now the Adolescent Program Director at Memorial Hermann's Prevention and Recovery Center (PaRC), a residential treatment center for adolescents in Houston.

Archway's current Executive Director is Sasha McLean, LMFT, LPC. Before accepting this position, Sasha was Program Director at The High Road, an APG associated with The Council on Alcohol and Drugs, Houston.  As someone who once referred clients to Archway Academy, Sasha brings valuable experience and a unique perspective to the school.
