The 2026 Texas Children's Houston Open Birdies for Charity campaign has wrapped. We are incredibly grateful to every donor who supported Archway Academy through this year's tournament — your generosity directly funds scholarships and recovery support for teens who need it most.

About the Program
What is Birdies for Charity?
The Campaign
Birdies for Charity is a philanthropic initiative of the Texas Children's Houston Open, powered by the Astros Golf Foundation and Chevron. Participating nonprofits raise donations from their community during tournament week, with all gifts matched by 5% — meaning Archway receives 105 cents for every dollar donated.
Donor Incentives
Donors who give through Birdies for Charity are entered into exclusive experiences and giveaways. In 2026, donors participated in the Guess the Birdies Contest — guessing the total birdies made during tournament week for a chance to win a luxury suite night at Daikin Park during an Astros game.
Impact for Archway
Funds raised through Birdies for Charity go directly to Archway Academy's scholarship fund and student support programs — helping ensure that no teen in recovery ever has to choose between getting well and staying in school.
The 2027 Campaign
We plan to participate again in 2027. Details will be released later this year. In the meantime, you can support Archway directly through our donate page — every gift makes the same difference year-round.
