Financial Aid

Cost should never stand
between your teen and recovery.

We know tuition is one of the first questions families ask. Archway offers need-based scholarships and works directly with every family to find a path forward. Our commitment is firm: no student is turned away for financial reasons.

Admissions Process

Five steps to enrollment.

When your teen is ready, we move quickly. Most families complete enrollment within a few days of first contact. Here's what to expect at each stage.

01

Initial Contact

Reach out by phone, email, or our contact form. You'll speak with Mark Rector, our Clinical Director, who will learn about your teen's situation, explain how Archway works, and help you determine if we're the right fit. No pressure — just a conversation.

Campus Tour & Interview

We invite families to tour the campus, sit in on a class, and meet the recovery staff. This step is essential — it dispels misconceptions, gives your teen a real sense of the community, and helps everyone feel confident before moving forward.

Engage in Recovery & Mental Health Support

Archway is one part of a larger support system — and the most successful students are those whose recovery and mental health care extends beyond the school day. We strongly encourage every student to engage in weekly clinical support outside of school, whether through individual therapy, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), or an Alternative Peer Group (APG). From enrollment onward, Archway coordinates with your teen's outside providers, therapists, and family to keep every part of their care aligned and moving forward together.

Common Questions

Things families often ask.

Does my teen need to be in active recovery?

Your teen needs to be motivated to work toward recovery — they don't need to be at any particular stage. We meet students where they are and support them from there.

Can my teen enroll if they're currently in treatment?

Yes. Archway partners with treatment centers including The PaRC to provide educational continuity during inpatient treatment. Students transitioning out of residential care are exactly who we're built for.

What grades does Archway serve?

We serve students in grades 8 through 12. Transcripts and diplomas are issued through Southwest Public Schools, our accredited academic partner.

How much does Archway cost?

Tuition is determined on a case-by-case basis through our financial aid process. We offer need-based scholarships and no student is ever turned away for financial reasons. Apply for aid early — our team will work with you.

How quickly can my teen start?

With rolling admissions and a 24-48 hour turnaround, most families complete enrollment within a few days. When your teen is ready, we move fast.

What if I'm not sure Archway is the right fit?

Call us. Seriously. If Archway isn't the right fit for your teen, we'll tell you honestly and help point you toward what is. That's the kind of school we are.

When your teen is ready,
we are too.

You don't have to wait for a new semester. You don't have to have everything figured out. Download our checklist to help you decide, or reach out and we'll take it from there.
