Archway Academy's Sober Prom
A Night to Remember: Celebrating Sobriety, Friendship, and Fun at SPROM!
SPROM: Dancing Through Recovery, Together
Sprom gives teens in recovery a joyful, safe prom experience, complete with dancing, friends, and celebration—free from drugs and alcohol.
At Archway, we believe every student deserves the full high school experience—without compromising their recovery. Sprom is designed to honor that, creating a night that’s both fun and healing. In a world where prom can often be associated with substance use, we create a space that’s safe, inclusive, and empowering.
Sprom is open to all teens in recovery, including those from other schools and recovery programs, offering a welcoming space where every young person on a healing journey can celebrate safely.

What is SPROM?
Sprom is Archway Academy’s version of a traditional high school prom—reimagined to support teens in recovery.
Held every spring, Sprom offers students the chance to enjoy a milestone event in a completely sober and supportive environment. It’s a celebration of resilience, growth, and community.
What to expect?
Dinner & Dancing: A catered meal and DJ-led dance floor.
Photo Ops: Professional prom photos and themed décor.
Peer Support: Staff and APGs are present to ensure a safe, positive environment.
No Pressure: All students can enjoy the night at their own comfort level.
How can you help?
Sprom is funded entirely through donations and sponsorships. Your support helps cover event costs, prom attire for students in need, and more.
By giving, you make it possible for teens in recovery to celebrate their achievements—safely and joyfully.
